TERMS AND CONDITIONS:​

• Lesson fees are due on the same day as lesson either by cash or direct deposit.

• Standard 60 min lesson cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged at full fee.​​

• Any speeding, red light camera or other fines and/or demerit points remain the responsibility of the driver of the vehicle.​

• In the case of an "at fault" incidents/accidents the driver is liable to pay insurance excess and any other fees to ensure business can continue to provide lessons/services.​

• When scheduling appointments, I may send you a number of options of dates/times, but none of these are locked in until you confirm and I then confirm that it is booked.​

• Please note, in the case of a student booking a Drive Test at the same time as your lesson, the Drive Test will take priority and you may be rescheduled.

• Payment for drive test must be made at least 24 hours before test.​​

• Unfortunately, there may be some rare circumstances where a lesson may be cancelled at late notice by the driving instructor - this may be due to unexpected traffic hold up, flat tyre, crazy weather conditions, personal or many other reasons - the decision to cancel a lesson is not taken lightly and is generally because the car is not available, or for your own safety or lesson value.   Thank you for your understanding should this happen.​
